He twice forgot the Angie's list deal when estimating the work. He asked me why I had not returned his messages by using a "reply" to an e-mail notifying him that i would be out of town for a week. Finally He actually left town without finishing the work (an AC replacement and garbage removal that he promised me would be accomplished) leaving a $5000+ job on the table without notifying me. He is a very personable man but I would not use him unless he got professional attention to the disorganization he shows."
