During a very difficult time for our family, Adil, in a very short time frame, drew up plans and began the work for this project. Throughout the work, Adil was compassionate, reliable, professional, flexible and patient. He communicated effectively throughout the project. He and his team are extremely professional and respectful. The covered the floors where they would walk, covered all our furniture and cleaned up after themselves including mopping the floors every night before eating. In our old Lakewood home, when Adil came upon opportunities to change the plan to enhance the beauty and function of the space, he communicated with me and included my wishes and suggestions wherever possible. "I was referred to Paul Davis by my insurance company. I need work done on my home for mold and water damage. The initial consultation with a representative went fine. He came out, talked to me, took pictures, and made measurements and a video of my home. He then said that he sent the information over to their estimator and I would get an estimate in about 5 days. That is when the problems started happening. I received a call from them a few days later telling me that they talked to my insurance company and that the insurance company already had an “approved” quote, so they would not be doing anything for me. I informed them that I have not approved anything because the quote they have is too high and is much higher than the insurance companies’ maximum payout for this type of claim. That is why I reached out to them for a second opinion. I ended the conversation stating the fact that I am the customer, not the insurance company. I am ultimately responsible for paying the contractor, and am just being reimbursed by the insurance company, so please send me an estimate. 10 days later and I still do not have an estimate. I managed to get the estimator on the phone, and he refuses to work out an estimate. He kept ignoring what I had to say and had the nerve to say to me “You can believe what you want, but I am not going to waste my time working on an estimate for you”. I will acknowledge that I did yell at him on the phone at this point. His arrogance and refusal to listen to a potential customer was infuriating."
