I called Chuck over the weekend; he answered. Chuck came to my house, as we agreed, and took all the information to get me a quote.  He then had my quote ready the next day.  Chuck came and did the work.  Chuck was very professional, 100% on time, 100% completed the job, did what he said he was going to do, worked the whole time he was on the clock, charged me as agreed.  He also allowed me to add on some work I needed done.
