The business is professional and did interact well with the answers suggestions etc., on questions I had about my project, and zeroed in on my immediate concerns for my project. I would have scored higher in customer service, but I learned a little too late of a fee to be paid when using credit card as payment. I was told a credit or debit card could be used, but not of a fee attached. *On the day of payment, I had to pay up % additional $14 to $15. So in fairness, the rating of 3 for customer service is because it this fee was therefore unexpected. I would have prepared to have another form of payment."
