He knows how to get your house super clean without destroying everything around it, or ruining the surface of the house itself. He is intelligent and personable and very easy to talk to. Repaired bay window seat board by sanding & refinishing w/ stain & polyurethane. Easy to communicate on website for project, estimate & ?'s. Great advice on using Pre-Stain, Stain & Polyurethane & how pine & oak woods can only absorb so many coats of stain, which helped make decision on which stain products to use. Competitively priced & came down on price as well. I filled nail holes & sanded casings myself. Claudio completed job in 3days by prepping windows w/painters tape & covered floors, stain 2coats & polyurethane 2coats. Stain colors came out beautiful & very happy w/ overall job. To do ourselves would have taken more than 3days & would not of come out as good as it did. Benjamin Moore is only store that samples stains on wood I brought in, which was helpful in choosing colors. Highly recommend Claudio Painting & Home Improvement, Inc."

However, I had another project I personally was handling which is the painting of the back wooden trim base of my house. He was kind enough to save me the time in sanding,scraping and power washing those areas for me.
