"I wanted to replace my 32 year-old cedar fence with a two tone vinyl one. It was difficult to find an installer who could get what I wanted until I called Modern Fence. Mike returned my call almost immediately, came to my home, had exactly the fence I wanted and gave me an extremely reasonable estimate. The specifications were meticulously diagramed and the contract was explicit. My fence was installed within the promised timeframe and the property was left in immaculate condition. "The quote was lower then a lot of other companies which is great. The quality of fence and the work performed was top notch. The one big issue that I had is that the installers left saw blades in my lawn behind. I found two of them but my 3 year old son found the 3rd. They should be using metal detectors to find any missing screws or blades left behind. They also left 2 piles of plastic saw dust behind. I wish that I didn't sign the inspection form before they completed the work but I had to leave my house prior to them finishing the install."
