I have used Jeff in the past and recently for my kitchen area. Just some observations about his work; many painters rush the prep stage and go right for the rollers and brushes - not Jeff. Knowing that the prep is just as important as the painting, Jeff and his team not only carefully protect the work area but meticulously search out areas in need of sanding, spackle or caulk. Using high quality lighting they correct these areas first and then apply the paint doing so carefully and slowly assuring that there are no issues with the smoothness and consistency of the coverage and in the process frequently linking back to assure nothing is less than the highest quality. Multiple companies scoffed at our time frame, saying that they could not start and finish a project so quickly. Finally, I found Five Star Painting. Bob at Five Star Painting informed me that he would be able to make an exception due to our situation, despite the current typical start time of 14 days. He made the necessary accommodations and completed the work quickly and at the time that we agreed. The only downside was that the initial paint job was not as clean as I had hoped, with some paint splatters (spots) on the door and window frames and moldings. I called Bob to express my dismay, and he quickly rectified the situation in a timely fashion. He drove to our home and made sure that all the blemishes were corrected and the paint job was truly pristine!
