This time, he repaired an bathroom fan and a florescent light switch in the basement. Both proved simple. He is generally clear about his availability and in assessing the time and cost of a project. He discovered that an exhaust fan in the attic for cooling the attic about the 2nd floor was not operating and replaced a motor that had warn out.
