We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. They measured, re-measured, selected the materials and got to work right away. The first thing they did was even out the lopsided entrances to the rooms that open off the foyer - this gave both sides a more balanced feel. Then they cut, trimmed, and installed each piece of trim and molding for a perfect fit, and caulked the necessary joints to ensure it was smooth and ready for painting.
