"Aaron, his partner Wesley and their team did an excellent job. Their price was very competitive compared with the other 3 quotes I received. Aaron is very customer focused and took the time to make sure all questions were answered. During the project, they had to move the stairs to break the floor underneath and the platform under the stairs feel apart due to old age (see pictures). Aaron rebuilt/redirected the stairs at no extra cost. They also had to replace a pipe under the floor where the clothes washer drains to that had disintegrated. They did this for a nominal extra cost and we were extremely happy to have this fixed while the work was done since it solved another ongoing problem (bad smell when we did the laundry). They also completed the job in 2 says which was much quicker than what the other guys were telling me. So overall, I would highly recommend Aaron."

"Greg was great! He took a look at the issue and was able to repair a vintage lock mechanism on an old large door of our property. Previously a locksmith we hired came out and claimed that the lock was broken, missing pieces, and had bent parts. I should find a finish carpenter and replace the mechanism - hence I ended up calling Greg. Greg was able to take a look. He was able to reassemble the lock, clean the mechanism, and bring it back to working condition. Greg was very professional and thorough in his work. I will be looking forward to using him on other projects."

"They did a fantastic job fixing our laundry room, they fixed the walls that were cut because of flooding, installed new dryer vent, ceramic tile and sink. Also they installed new ceramic tile floor and fixed the walls in the room after a flood we had on our ground floor. They had to lift up hardwood floor with glue. They were very responsive to all our concerns and at the end did a phenomenal job. We are very picky customers and their patience and professionalism is highly appreciated. The price for which they did the work cannot be beat also. We couldn't be happier with the results!"

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
