"Michael Wood was very professional and polite from start to finish. I called after an ice dam dislodged our gutters and was eager to have the work done before another impending storm would strike. Micheal followed through quickly with an estimate, replied immediately to questions we had about the potential work and had a team here on time before the next storm. His team was also professional, timely and cleaned up all work. Finally, the work completed was less extensive than was projected and the amount of the estimate was lowered in accordance. I was so impressed that the team simply did not do the original work or claim that they did in order to bill me at full estimate. They might have done so since I cannot see up on the third level to see the work done. And, Wood & Wood came in with a lower estimate than other companies from the start. Very impressed!
