"The reason why we did not give 5 stars for this project: 1. The project materials deposited on our neighbors backyard. It took a long time to get someone from the company to come to move it to our lot. Still, he left some of it and we had to move it ourselves. 2. Despite our requests to start the noisy work at 8AM the work always started at 7:30AM. 3. The brick part of the porch was supposed to be pointed the project manager asked us to agree to remove the low brick wall and wanted to charge us $8K for it while pointing is more work intensive than removing the bricks. At the end he lowered the price but did not do the pointing on the remainder of the bricks that left in the supporting columns. We had to hire someone to do it and it cost us extra $950. 4. When the trash container removed from our backyard, we left with a lot of debris and again we needed to clean it ourselves."

"NAL called about 30 min after I filled out the info on Home Advisor. The next day a representative came out for a site visit and I had a written quote the next day. Was able to schedule the job within 7 days. The crew was on time and courteous. The work area had to be excavated in preparation for a new base. They went above and beyond by relocating the material to a few low spots on the lawn where tree stumps had been decaying. The walkway installation turned out fabulous with a tremendous attention to detail! I m verrry happy!"

Carl also provided us with ideas on how to make the patio look and feel more like it was part of the landscape.? Carl is also very knowledgeable about the permit process for both the town as well as the wetlands and zoning.? Carl also sent us information on pavers and designs.? Once the final details were in place, the patio was completed within two days.? I would highly recommend Carl and his crew and will use them again in the future."
