"I have it monthly since then. They do a deep cleaning first. That's the way they like to do it which is fine. The deep cleaning was great but I don't need someone frequently and so they did agree that they would just come monthly for me. October 1 is an approximate date as I don't remember the exact date. It was expensive the first time because they were here all day. It's a fair price. It's a little more than I can afford actually but for the work they do it's probably an A. You do get good value with them and even though it's a little out of my budget, they do great work. They do a great job. They're very professional."

"I recently moved to a neighborhood in Boston that AA does not service, which as a long-time, highly satisfied customer makes me very sad. So I figured it was time to finally post a review. After 9 years of using their service I can highly recommend AA as a wonderful company. Their 3-person team would arrive at my 2 bedroom condo every other week, and in 45 minutes or so clean it from one end to the other. They were always careful with my personal items and did a thorough cleaning job. Occasionally, if there was some area that needed extra attention I could point it out to them and they would put in the extra effort to take care of it. In the 9 years I never had a day that they did not show up for the cleaning, and when I needed to change the date from time to time (sometimes on short notice) AA would always work with me to find a backup day. So, if you are looking for a top-notch cleaning company, AA if a great choice!"

Our schedule is always changing and Lucia has been accommodating to our confusing schedules for the twice a month cleaning. We come back from a busy day and ate greeted with fresh smelling, clean, tidy apartment. I enjoy that she and her team sometimes folds the throw blankets into a pattern. "I chose New England Cleaning LLC because of the straight A (excellent) reviews (except for the one B but Sandra later resolved the issue). Sandra (who owns the business) has 2 important attributes. Responsible communication and trustworthiness. Sandra responded on a timely basis each time and she / co-cleaners arrived on time. From my experience, Sandra was excellent with communicating if something did not take place on time or if she was unable to make an appt. She listens to what your needs are and will accommodate as much as possible. They do not peek into drawers or touch things that they shouldn't. The cleaners focus on their tasks at hand and do the best they can. Excellent work done for both deep-cleaning and monthly cleaning. Reasonable cost as well. I am now using them monthly. Thank you."
