"Claudio was very cordial and pleasant to work with. When I called him to describe the problem, he asked for a few photographs to confirm the problem that needs to be addressed. He gave me a ballpark estimate, came over to look at the heater and sent me the final estimate, which was very close to the first estimate. He came over the next day and installed a 40 gallon Bradford White water heater, replaced the water and gas connectors, installed new drainage pan, temperature and pressure release valves, and thermal expansion tank. The old plywood was replaced with a new board, and the whole recess cabinet area looks like new now. He did a very thorough and clean job, which is very much appreciated. He was straightforward and delivered on his promises. I will recommend Claudio without hesitation for plumbing jobs of these kind."

"O my god these plumbers are remarkable. They are a family business and they do not sub out there jobs. They also don't make you pay until the job is completed(imagine that). They were so honest and outstanding and I highly reccomend them. After having a estimate from somebody else I was really happy with how their services turned out. Jon came and gave me an estimate. Jon did a great job of finding a drainage pipe problem under my house and saved me so much trouble in the future. Four plumbers came to the job site and they executed the job like a well oiled machine. He even replaced part of a pipe and didn't charge extra for it, even though it wasn't in the contract. They did a great job taking care of my home and the work was completed in 1 day. It looked as if they were never even there. Plumbers have come and gone in my life , but these people are the best. "Make it Drain does amazing work! They know what they are talking about and they fit you into their schedule right away. They can handle all things plumbing related and only use the best quality materials when they have to do replacements. We had our main sewer line from the street back up. They ran a camera and discovered we had major root intrusion and the clay pipe had begun to separate. They dug an 8ft hole down to the problem area, ran a liner through the clay pipe and replaced the connection. We are so thankful to no longer have to worry about our plumbing backing up. We will be calling Marc and Ean for all of our future plumbing needs. This was a big job and I’ve never felt more confident in hired contractors. They are excellent to work with!"
