"Had stormdamage,called Impriano(installed roof 27 yrs ago)for repair.Kevin came, he thought the shingles were discontinued.A couple hrs later he confirmed & recommended contacting insurance to start a claim & advised the sales department to set up appointment.Sales rep Brendan came a few days later & gave estimate to replace the roof. He was informative,not pushy,no long presentation required,but all the necessary info was supplied.The insurance process took time.Although insurance only covered the front,due to age we decided on total replacement.Brendan was extremely helpful, supplying detailed lists of the items necessary. His help brought the reimbursement up to the actual cost of the loss.Our job was big, took 2 days, The crew worked hard to be sure there would be no issues overnight & were back 7 the 2nd day,Saturday.1st thing Monday, gutter crew came to reinstall gutters,couple days later electrician came to secure wiring from the attic fan we removed. Very good experience both "

"After a terrible experience with Egress Systems Inc. not showing up on contracted date I contacted Steelway to see if they could get my egress installed before my basement reno started in a week. Tate came out to see the space early the next morning to accommodate me since I was leaving for vacation that morning. He even gave me his cell phone #. They gave me a fair price and were able to squeeze the job in before construction started. Everything was smooth and easy. They were prompt, provided excellent customer service, and we are very pleased with the job. I highly recommend Steelway for egress window install."

"We recently had Meridian Construction complete a complete master bathroom renovation. I can’t tell you how happy we are. This is a family owned business that takes great pride in what they offer. From concept into design and our finished space it was so easy with their process. We met several times to plan what we wanted. The team of employees were great to work with given we needed a lot of help with design. We were than sent to various vendors who they work with. Working off our agreed upon budget each had a price range for us. You can stay within that or go above, it’s your budget. Than we had a kickoff meeting where we were introduced to our head carpenter Phil. Work began and the amount of care for our home, lifestyle and the craftsmanship was evident from day one. We are now using our completed bathroom and every day we are so excited. The attention to detail and building exactly what we wanted was unmatched. "Grayboys installation team did some minor damage to my walls from installation of windows in my upstairs bedroom. They really did not address the problem until I complained. However they did return to repair walls and made adjustments to a window twice as well as replaced a defective screen. I feel that they did accommodate my request for repair as best as they could. However, my initial contact with Grayboy employee James was not so professional . He did not seem to care that damage had been done and suggested I paint the damaged areas which angered me as the cost for the windows was high. The call ended with James telling me to Fxxx off and he hung up! I am still waiting for an apology that will never come! BuyerBeware!"

"I really couldn’t be any less satisfied with my experience with B & E Roofing. My roof began leaking in 2018 and I gave the job to B & E. Two years later, after finding black mold along the wall in my son’s closet, I realized my brand new roof was leaking in an entirely different location from the original leak. Long story short, I had B & E come back to my house 3 times, each time they promised me it was fixed, and now almost another year later, it is still leaking. I will be calling another roofing company tomorrow morning to come out and see what they think (I have since had this other company replace my garage roof and they did a fabulous job…and it doesn’t leak). Unbelievable."
