"Long story short, I cannot say enough about Gary, his crew, and the work performed. A+. Communication was a breeze - Gary was very responsive. He and his crew were here for most of the day (roughly 8 hours I think) and the window and the well look, no lie, awesome. Quality work. I'm always a bit skeptical with a new contractor but I honestly would use Gary again in a heartbeat. Extremely knowledgeable as he's been doing this for a long time and he knows the permitting process. In particular, he knew the specific requirements of my township before he even presented the proposal. His crew was prompt, clean, and thoroughly met my expectations. Not to mention, upgrading to the Rockwell window well with the larger window was a smart decision on my part. "After a terrible experience with Egress Systems Inc. not showing up on contracted date I contacted Steelway to see if they could get my egress installed before my basement reno started in a week. Tate came out to see the space early the next morning to accommodate me since I was leaving for vacation that morning. He even gave me his cell phone #. They gave me a fair price and were able to squeeze the job in before construction started. Everything was smooth and easy. They were prompt, provided excellent customer service, and we are very pleased with the job. I highly recommend Steelway for egress window install."

"We have used Ton Adams twice to install windows. Our interactions leading up to installation were positive. Expect to wait for an installation date though. It did take a while to get dates on the calendar both times. The crew lead by Jay is awesome, and we requested them multiple times. They are professional, friendly and personable. They took the time to do the installation correctly, and they also took the time to talk to us about issues or info about the windows. There were a couple minor issues. One involved a delivered screen that was not the right size. The other involved a broken piece of one window. Both issues were addressed professionally and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. As mentioned it can take some time to get things scheduled."

"New roof was installed with excellent craftsmanship by workers who seem to be proud of their work. Sales consultant and scheduler were communicative and abreast of the progress of the project. There was much attention to detail in installing the new shingles, and necessary unexpected repairs that were identified were done without delay. The workers are efficient and effective. The areas are gone over and left spotless with followup people coming by the next day to be sure all is in order."

"<p>Amos and 3 others showed up promptly at 7:30 on a blustery, windy, cold morning.  He went over everything he was going to do.  He answered my questions.  They used their Equiptor 4000 to catch all debris from the roof tear off.  This is a trash collector( similar to a dumpster) that is at the roof level with a cover over the gutters to prevent debris from following in.  The 4 men quickly removed the shingles, drip edges, and installed ice and water shields around the bottom edges, valleys dormers and chimney.  I asked why they were cutting into the chimney mortar.  Amos said this was to put the flashing in so not water can get behind the flashing and get into the ceiling.  This is a problem I had.  Then they would caulk the flashing.  This was not done in the 2 previous roofing jobs.  </p> <p>After finishing around 4 Pm I expected the workers to be anxious to clean up and leave.  However each worker went over the grounds, gutters and roof to pick up anything they missed in cleaning up.  They found some tar paper, and shingles.  I saw some paper cups by the park entrance next to our house that were put there by walkers.  I was curious as to what they would do.  A worker picked it up and threw it into their dumpster.  they blew the driveway sidewalk, and street free of dust and debris.  They made another round to pick up any lingering metal, nails and other magnetic debris.  </p> <p>left the place cleaner than they found it.  </p> <p>Whole ordeal looked like a barn raising.  We waited about 10 weeks for them to do the work BUT it was WORTH it.</p> <p>Extremely pleased.</p> <p>We picked them because of Angie's list reviews, the fact they offered a 50 year pipe boot (had leakage there too), and ice and water shield in all valleys and dormers.  Other quotes did not mention this.  If they offer this they should state so in their quote  Otherwise others, like me, may think they don't offer the product, or would charge more for this service.  Price included a senior discount.</p> <br />"
