"We have a lovely waterfall going from the spa to the pool. Unfortunately, some tiles had broken, so it looked a little shabby. I looked all over to find someone to repair or replace. I tried contacting our pool service, and they didn't know anyone. I checked with other floor/tile places, and no one seemed interested. Love My Floors came out, looked it over, and gave me a quote on the project (one to replace broken tiles, the other to replace the whole thing). I decided to replace all the tiles (3 levels of tile, about 90 tiles). They did a fantastic job. Talking with Joe, the owner, was great! Finished a long To Do list for me. Excellent communication regarding project expectations, time of arrival as well as progress. Willingly answers questions and explains what needs to be done.
