"I had Manwill put in their top of the line Lennox Furnace (no thermostat was installed - used existing Google nest unit) and for the past 18 months we experienced a consistent increase in energy (kWh) consumption for heating and cooling. Today I called Manwill, explained my negative ROI on my initial investment and asked about having them install the thermostat they originally recommended in hopes of seeing an improvement. The price they quoted me had gone up $500 in 18 months (total quoted was over $1300, original quote, ~$800) so I’ve decided to terminate all my business with Manwill. I found the exact same S40 Lennox thermostat on Amazon brand new from an authorized Lennox dealer for $599 with the full manufacturer warranty and full feature set. Essentially Manwill was going to charge me $700 over retail price to install the thermostat. Sure Manwill has good service but are you willing to pay those kind of prices for good service and in my case product that does not deliver?? By the way, they put 3lbs of the most common Freon in my AC last week and that cost $684.00 (their cost per pound ~$40). Just seems everyone wants to jack their prices up and use inflation as an excuse for gouging hard working American families."

"The remodel took 2 months to complete after I was told it would take 10 days. Delay after delay that was not explained and no communication unless i called them to complain about the delay. I can understand delays due to materials issues, but this company should communicate regularly with the client, especially if there are delays."

"I would like to preface this review with two things: 1. 5 star offers a discount on their work if you leave a good review, be weary of what you read on here. 2. We have had this company complete both a kitchen and a bath remodel. The issues I will bring up were consistent with both of these jobs. During both of our remodels, the biggest complaints I had were communication and quality. Two big components that a company should really pride themselves on if they cared about their customer base. Communication for our projects failed at almost every step of the way. The conversations had between us and the salesman were great, and then almost every single interaction that was not only had between us and the company but the company within themselves was comically poor. Some examples include: 1. Being told we would have a project manager come to our house prior to the project to check out our attic for structural questions (no one ever came before they started knocking down walls) 2. There were days workers would show up when we didn't know they were coming and not show up on days we were told they were supposed to be there. Not to mention the tile workers who had their truck parked outside our house from 8-5 but stayed in there late and left early to smoke. 3. Several unanswered/not returned calls and texts from the project managers. The only time the office reached out to tell us about something? When the bill was "due" even though our project wasn't complete yet. 4. Our salesman saying a project would take 3 weeks when in reality, it's been 3.5 months and there are still issues. 5. Anytime we asked the current workers what the plan was for the next day or really anything, they NEVER knew. They didn't know who was going to be working, they didn't know when, and they didn't know on what. 6. Several of the workers telling us point blank that their fellow workers screwed up and did things wrong. Good thing we caught it I guess? 7. Tile was about to be installed until I noticed it was not the right time, and the workers had no idea and they didn't know what tile they were actually supposed to put down or in what pattern. Then tile had to be ordered, delaying us even further. 8. The list goes on and on. It's as though no one in the company ever talks to each other, or their customer, and we're left trying to put the pieces together. Secondly, their quality of work is not worth what you pay, not even close. There has not been a single thing that they've done that we haven't had to ask them to fix or redo. This adds time to the project, financial strain on us as customers, and not to mention the stress of constantly acting as a project manager. We have had MAJOR things need to be redone (I'm talking walls needing to be taken apart and rebuilt, cabinet and ceiling painting, relocating outlets, and an ENTIRE SHOWER FLOOR), as well as other things (paint chipped walls, bad putty jobs, grout crumbling, paint splattered inside and outside the house and on and on) and all of it was because no one from their team cares enough to do it right the first time. The pictures I will include show *finished* products that they think are appropriate to leave as a job well done. Not only that, but just this last time when pointing out that the glass they had "special ordered" was actually measured wrong and therefore our shower door is crooked, I was told that my "OCD will just have to live with it." This company is not worth your time or effort. I would never recommend them to anyone."

"Yes, they were everything and more. They state on their web page that they only work on one project at a time and once they start, they are in your house 8-5 Monday through Friday until they complete the job. They started the project on Monday, February 10th. Their last full day on the project was Tuesday April 1st, with a return for a half day final touch up on Thursday April 3rd. This project entailed remodeling two bathrooms, one requiring rerouting of plumbing to change the layout of the bathroom. New tile was installed in both bathrooms. Three bedrooms were remodeled by replacing carpet with wood floors, new painting and installation of LED lighting."
