"The electrician changed out 2 light fixtures. When he was ready to change the third light fixture, he took down the original 1920's fixture and accidentally broke it in the process. I had to leave to pick up my kids after school, and I expected the electrician to put up a new fixture since he broke my old fixture. That never happened. I returned after picking up my children and found the electrician simply reinstalled the broken fixture and there were still small shards of glass down my basement stairs. My husband and I were very upset. The other very upsetting part is the job was not finished and the broken fixture reinstalled for a huge bill of $425.60. <br /> Update: The owner contacted me and will personally rectify the situation, which I appreciate. Based on the owner's credibility I feel comfortable recommending them. The professionalism of the owner is an A, the specific worker that I unfortunately had was not professional, and the owner is addressing that however he feels is necessary. The owner also did update the price to make it more fair and accurate."

"For three years my backyard would flood due to poor drainage. I had contacted a few other companies but I wasn’t satisfied with their approach to the problem. Integrity landscape came out and gave me several options with prices for each one. They thoroughly explained the options and I chose the one I felt was best for my situation and fit within my budget. The crew came out and did an excellent job installing my drainage system as well as cleaning up after the project was finished. Because this outdoor work is somewhat dependent on weather and because they schedule out at least a month, we had a hard time getting slotted in their work schedule. However, they squeezed our project in and worked quickly to get the patio laid. My only complaint relates to my "B" grade on punctuality. After I paid in full for the project, it took another 6 weeks to get the special stone steps cut at the quarry (which I believe was an issue with how backed up the quarry was)."

"The whole story is too long. Service was not delivered timing wise with the original plan based due to lack of planning on landscapers part. After waiting months on his recommendation, many of my plants weren't available as it was too late in the season and the first set of plantings had to be split into two, with much not going into the ground til the following spring. There are some things that look very nice. But there are others that weren't done or handled in an acceptable manner. If you are interested in using this company and receive more than one estimate review the line by line detail carefully and know that for me prices changed between quotes on items to which there were no other requested changes. I also recommend being present to inspect all plants/shrubs before they are planted because I ended up with some substandard plants/trees. Also supervise placement as things were put in places that didn't address discussed concerns such as screening or a evergreen tree planted with a section of bare branches facing the most visible part of the yard. And last they won't stand behind their recommendations and warranty. They did replace one of my trees that shouldn't have been planted in the first place but failed to cover another grouping of evergreens they recommended. (I scrutinized the warranty and the issue was not an exclusion noted in the warranty.)"
