This included navigating heavy furniture, taking out existing carpet and installing new vinyl flooring. Carson and team were accommodating, professional, solicited preferences with suggestions to help proper decisioning at every point. The work was completed quickly and accurately per specifications. Strangely, all the rooms look bigger :) I’ll definitely reach out again for future projects. Thanks guys."

"I have a very old (almost 100 year old) house that I hired them to refinish the hardwood floors. What made this a 2 star and not a 5 star is the serious lack of communication. Paul was out many times (around 5 or so) to see what myself and my family were doing to get the house ready. Since it?s old there were 2 closets and the entry that had a tar paper on them. I had always let Paul know this and that was not an issue until the day that his son and grandson showed up to do the work. Then his son, Kevin tried backing out of it. I had to call Paul and talk to him about the issue. The work got done in the end but I have no idea why Paul didn?t take pictures or let Kevin know of the problem areas to show him before the contract was signed. Also wasn?t made aware I might have to pay more until he came for the last check. Nothing on the contract stated there could be add on for work, but he was asking for more because of the closets and entry. I paid what was agreed to by contract only."

Our many positive reports and the fact that we have earned the Angies List Super Service Award every year since 2001 proves that we are committed to ensuring a great experience. In most cases you can stay in your home while the work is done, and if you don’t feel like moving those big couches--we can take care of that too. I will guide you through the process by going over every detail and answering all of your questions. My on site bids average 1-1.5 hours, although I am willing to spend as much time as it takes to educate my clients. When it comes time to start your project you are going to know exactly what to expect from us and what we need from you in order to ensure that your project needs are met or exceeded. We are a local owner operated company with three employees and no sub contractors and I make it a point to have hands on involvement in every project. The bid process was seamless and all the options/details of the project were well explained ahead of time. Ultimately our decision was to use the water based system over traditional oil based polyurethane for the overall appearance and drying characteristics. Half down was due when the materials were dropped off. The craftsmen did a great job with prep, install, sanding, dust control, and finish. There was no noticeable odor or smell. The job was completed ahead of schedule on our tight timeline. Final payment of the second half was due upon job completion. There were no hidden costs or change orders. Service, communication, pricing and overall experience was 5 star."
