"Out of the many estimates I received, Ricky was the most thorough. He spent time educating me on the hardwood floors, his process, and making recommendations for my home. I trusted him and his crew to do a great job. After meeting his crew when we were testing stain colors, I felt very comfortable leaving town while they worked in my home. We are very pleased with the hardwood floors. You cannot tell where the new floors begin and the old existed. They were beautifully woven together. The inlaid wood floor vents give a very polished look to the home. I did have a couple of spots on the handrails that I wanted them to look at when I got home. They promptly came back and did a few touch ups. When a company is willing to make a trip back out so that you are 100% happy, I always appreciate that."

They are engineered hardwood and were quite worn, coming up a number of places and gaps between the ends of many of the boards. They glued down the pieces that had popped, filled all the gaps and after refinishing, the floors look incredible. Eddie is very knowledgeable about the engineered floors and about refinishing. Great on communication each day so I knew what was happening, and where things stood in the project. Everything went smoothly and I'm very pleased with the results."

My floor had already been sanded by GR Flooring, owner Guilherme Maciel, which I had to fire due to poor workmanship and his unwillingness to correct the issues. I just needed another Flooring company to correct the nail holes, counter sync nails, fill additional gaps with red oak wood filler and sand, buff and apply 3 clear coats of water-based polyurethane. The original finish had already been removed. It was a pretty simple job which could be done in 1 day. He quoted me $4,600.00 to complete the 839 sq ft 1 day job which was $2,300.00 dollars more than my lowest quote and $1,200.00 more than my highest quote, before the floor had been sanded at all. His quote seemed outrageously expensive for a 1- day job."
