He performed a thorough inspection - both inside my attic and on the roof and quickly diagnosed the cause of the leak. He provided me with photos that I can use with my builder to have a long term repair - and even took the time and materials to seal the base of the chimney (where the leak is) with sealant. Great professional service and outstanding advise on how to repair this long term. I couldn't ask for better response!"
