"This is the second time we hired this company. The first time was 5 years ago when we had this done for the first time. After it was done, we had the burner in the basement cleaned by a burner specialist who was also a good friend. He told us afterwards that the company who cleaned the air ducts did a great job. So, when we needed to have the ducts cleaned again five years later, we called the same company. In the five years the price for the cleaning had gone up $595.00. We have nothing to compare it to. The workers came at the time scheduled. They told us where one of them would start and where the second worker would start. They informed us prior to turning on the machine that there would be a loud noise while they were working. They told us approximately how much time it would take and they cleaned up after themselves. They were polite and professional. We have a four bedroom colonial with a walk up attic. A second unit was in the attic. The Clothes dryer was included in the duct cleaning. I have no idea if the price was excellent as I did not call other companies to compare prices. I hired this company because they did a great job 5 years ago. The increase is price appeared somewhat reasonable given the occurrence of the pandemic and inflation."
