"It was this Christmas eve during a storm and we lost power. I started up my emergency generator and it was working just fine. As the night wore on the generator started to loose power and after about an hour finally stopped generating power. I have two sump pumps that keep my basement from flooding as water levels rise from beneath and 3 refrigerators and a freezer full of food. I was aware that the upcoming New Years eve should be stormy as well, therefore getting the generator up and running was a priority. I called numerous companies that claim to service and repair generators although until I reached Rick at Raw Power none actually did repairs. Rick came to the rescue and my priority became his priority. He scheduled the repair the very next day. On the scheduled day he called to let me know he would be at my house an hour early. He is a total professional that goes the extra mile we so frequently hear about but seldom see. Once at the house he quickly analyzed the problem. Since he didn't have the required part, he found a store that had it, left to get it and promptly returned to complete the repair. There were no surprises as he was completely up front as to the costs. He even spent extra time with me reviewing how to run and maintain my generator, as well as, proper electrical connections."

"Very well. Diagnose problem and repair it quickly"

"Great job, found the short and repaired in less than 2 hours"

"Almeida Electric did a service panel upgrade upgrade for me (from 100 to 200 amps) as well generator interlock kit installation. Everything was done correctly by the code. The inspector said it was very well done as well; They are hard working honest people, and i will gladly hire them again."

"Chris and his team were professional and efficient from the moment I first made contact. They answered all my questions and repaired what I needed for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and use again for any electrical issues."

"He responded promptly to our request. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He repaired the problem and He upgraded something that might have caused future problems. And he was very friendly. We really enjoyed working with Mike."

"It went great! We used this company in 2015 for installation of emergency generator plug in outlet and breakers. They performed the work as we agreed, no surprises or attempts to up-sell. This time it was a small job, and they were again, on time, professional, and respected our home. I will use them again when needed, as well as refer them to family and friends. Thank you!!"

"Lo-Ann called me as soon as my request went through on Home Advisor. We had some knob and tube wiring on the second floor and attic. Wayne, one of the electricians, came out to map the home out. This was a $325 service that was credited back to your account if you use them to make repairs. I highly recommend the service. Wayne mapped out every outlet and switch in the house. He then knew how every circuit was wired and how to fix them once the knob and tube was removed. The mapping took about 3 hours one morning and the knob and tube remediation took about 6 hours. We feel a lot safer now that this job is complete. Lo-Ann is great and she was in contact with me frequently via text and e-mail. There price for the job, I felt, was very reasonable. We would definitely use them again."

"Excellent. They came within the window of time they scheduled. The electricians were professional and courteous. They kept me updated during the process. They respected my home by putting down drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves to a very large extent. They repaired the walls with Sheetrock in the areas they cut Sheetrock out which was the deciding factor that made me choose Electric Power. Some companies do not repair walls after opening them up. The cost was a little lower compared to other quotes I received. Would certainly use them again. Jeff M."
