Didn't realize how bright the color was supposed to be. 2 minor things. The initial appointment had to be rescheduled. Which was fine with me, but the contact person was a bit incessant. I guess there's something to say for persistence. And the other minor thing was a late arrival, but only by 15 min. I wasn't in a rush for the services to be provided so I didn't mind. I purchased a $99 Angie's "coupon" for checking the entire roof, etc. Mark spent a lot of time checking the entire roof, the lead flashing around the chimney, etc. He also re-attached the back gutter that was loose / hanging, AND changed an outdoor lightbulb! I plan to have him come back in the spring to replace an area of roof shingles and 'sister' boards to existing rafters for a firmer gutter attachment.
