"The workers were very nice. I definitely appreciated them, but they arrived an hour and half after the agreed time, which kind of threw off my day and made it hard to coordinate. Also, and maybe this is just me, but I felt like it was an astonishing amount of money for what seemed like a very basic clean up. Perhaps I'm wrong but for $400 (after tips) I was shocked to find a lot of missed spots around pretty obvious parts of the house, like dust still on the coffee table and dust left in my bathrooms medicine cabinets. I'm kind of disappointed, overall."

She came equipped with all the proper tools and agents like vacuum, detergents, cleaning rags—you name it, she got it! In the end, our kitchen, two bathrooms, living room and even our front foyer were sparkling clean. Heaven was also very courteous and professional. She was respectful of our property, and pleasant to deal with.
