Our unit was already 31 years old so it made since to replace it.They had many different units to choose from and price ranges to meet our budget.So that same day they started.They checked the furnace size the ac unit.For compatibility. Ordered parts and supplies and started to remove old unit the same day.Now that's customer service at its best. They next day the technicians were finished with the install and we had heat and ac.What a relief and on budget.I would highly recommend this company .And the two technicians that installed the units.They cleaned up hauled off old equipment wow I was impressed with how professional they were and knowledgeable. "Company kept upselling me to similar humidifier I had previously installed. Had issues with that type of humidifier and did not want same model. I wanted the manual humidifier offered in deal, but they said there would be additional sheet metal work. Wanted to get refund, but Angies List indicated that I could apply the offer to another service with the same company. Really... Gave up and never redeemed the offer. Lesson learned. Issue happened long time ago. More cautious now on the purchase of special deals."
