JFS provided a reasonable quote and information regarding permitting requirements. They obtained a county permit and protected all the trees and bordering properties. They removed the old driveway and sidewalk, then installed the new pavers and even refaced the front entryway. All the work was done according to our contract and the permit. They were professional and attentive to my questions. They even returned to complete a small sidewalk on the side of the house what was initially overlooked in the quote. "I cannot say enough about Fernando and SAFE-FER landscaping! My wife and I are in Euclid-St Paul in St Pete, and on a referral we started with some basic irrigation. We ended up doing 3 projects with Fernando, and he is the best contractor I've ever worked with--not just in Florida, but anywhere! He's friendly, communicative, and does great work, for a very reasonable price. He planted clusia, banana trees and foxtails around our pool, foxtails and arecas around our outdoor kitchen, and basically re-did our original irrigation for the front lawn. His team also did gravel and pavers better than our pool company. He came by today to replace our sprinkler controller and one plant that had died. He is reliable and sees things through. "Aldo's has trimmed our trees, leveled our backyard, previously. This time (yesterday) Aldo's scrubbed and pressure washed our extra large parking area, continuing on with the porches and paver paths on the sides of the house. We had developed so much mold it just had to be done. Then, they scrubbed and pressure washed our large deck. The mold had made the wood very slippery when wet. The Aldo's crew also replaced all the deck furniture. Their clean-up after the job always leaves it looking great. These hard working gentlemen have always done a beautiful job for us. "I highly recommend Deco Pavers! I am extremely pleased with the work that Pete and his team had done. We had the entire driveway repaved and widened to accommodate 3 cars. The driveway and paths came out beautiful. Pete also worked with us to keep costs down. He made suggestions and did extra work that he and his crew did not have to do. His team of workers were always on time as well as being very courteous. They worked early morning until evening under the hot Florida sun. All were very conscientious and professional.
