"Once the work was started it took 3-4weeks for them to complete 8windows. Only 1 guy installed all the windows. They did not meet the time frame I was promised. There were missing parts so it was not a smooth installation. The work itself was good but it was a huge inconvenience. Then the screen repair was supposed to be done in 1 day (for condo patio) and the mat timeline was also delayed and it took a few days to complete. The rubber spline came out 2 weeks after it was replaced and they had to come back to fix it. I was not pleased with this service."

"As an association board member, I was looking for a licensed and insured handyman, who would be available when we needed repairs for our 4 floor, 30-unit building. He is responsible, honest and a talented person when it comes to resolving problems. He redid my master bath, took out the old whirlpool tub, removed the old tile floor and replaced all the wallboard. From electrical to plumbing to retiling the tub area and the floor, I am in love with my new bathroom. I cannot express the trust and respect I have for his character and integrity. I will never hesitate to recommend Roger to anyone."
