"Horrible company to deal with. They came out to help to bring the elevator to the first floor. It was stuck due to a power outage on the block. They came out at 3pm Thursday and overcharged us overtime and travel time. As you can see from their publish hours 3 pm is within their working hours. They didn't tell us the overtime rate nor tell us that we would be charged over time.The service took under 45 minutes. Smartrise billed us for two hours at 454.00 an hour, total 908.00. When I spoke to Art at the company trying to discuss the proper amount for this service, he used profanity and name calling. Art hung up on me rather than communicate."

"Look no further than Verity Build if you want a beautiful kitchen remodel. Verity just completed our kitchen remodel and we couldn’t be more pleased working with this company. The owners Ted & Tony are exceptional to work with. Ted designed our kitchen and came up with many wonderful ways to effectively use our space. He is patient and listens carefully to what you want, making excellent suggestions along the way. He accompanied us while we shopped to choose the appliances needed as well as the tile, backsplash & countertops. His 3D renderings showed us exactly what the new kitchen would look like, being able to move & change cabinets to look and work best. When the project started, Tony was onsite to make sure it happened according to the plan. Tony closely monitored the crew and kept in great communication with us throughout the process. The Verity crew is topnotch and does high quality work while always being professional, courteous and friendly. The worksite was kept organized and cleaned up each day for the next phase. The project was completed on time and Ted, Tony, and office manager Jennifer were readily available to answer questions and follow-up on any detail that needed attention.
