"This is the second house we have had NML Contracting & Roofing replace a roof. When our roof was leaking I knew just who to call. They worked quickly and were completely done in one day. We are very pleased. The new roof has a 50 year Owens Corning transferable warranty."

"The service was very quick to completion, lasting maybe a day. The owner and some of the crew did have to return twice to clean up roofing nails in the yard due as we have two dogs and one ended up with a nail in his leg while we were playing. The owner was very apologetic and covered the vet visit via a reduction in the cost of the roofing service. The roof looks great and the owner, Paulo, was very professional, nice, and dedicated to customer service."

"Home evolutions provided an estimate in a timely manner. Once I decided to go with them they were quick to book my roof install. They were extremely friendly and helpful during this process. They did an excellent job on my rough and were extremely thorough after the repair with their client. I highly recommend their service! You will be satisfied with your experience!"

"Judy and I were most pleased with the professional work and the price Eric gave us for a new roof. The hard working crew of 7, with 5 nail guns “blazing,” stripped our 3 roofs, replaced rotted plywood and completed the major part of their work within one day. The crew supervisor Bob was most pleasant to deal with, and Mr Singh came the next day to tackle some of the remaining carpentry issues. Having done a bit of the roofing on our house in my younger years, I appreciate the first rate quality of work."

"Earlier this summer Home Evolution replaced our roof. Their sales team was super helpful and went over all options (roofing materials, costs and timing). They were very upfront with what was included and what was not. Our roof had years of old water damage that had been patched at some point before we purchased the home, which lead to structural damage around our chimney that needed to be addressed (more on that later). We have a large ranch style home so there is a lot of square footage on our roof. The crew came out early on the morning they said they would and got right to work on stripping the roof. They draped tarps from the roof to minimize the amount of nails and debris that fell on our lawn and around our bushes, which was nice. As the roof was being stripped the foreman (Russ) and the framer they sent out began to assess the old water damage and developed a plan of attack. The framer did a real nice job to stabilize our massive chimney and tie everything into the existing roof structure (most of which was included in the estimate but they found another little issue while they were in there the framer took care of that too at no additional charge). While the framer was carrying out his repair work the foreman and another guy worked on replacing the three skylights in our house. I was happy to see they used Velux skylights, which I had heard from numerous friends are a top quality skylight. In fact, all of the materials they use are top quality and when presented with the option, we opted for the better quality underlayment, shingles and roof cap system - we figured we weren't going to do this again anytime soon so we might as well do this right. They also use the better plumbing vent boots as standard, which I was happy to see. I was also happy to see the time and attention the foreman took when installing the new flashing around our chimney. He really went the extra mile to 1) make sure it looked really nice and 2) make sure we would not have any water penetration/damage around the chimney that had occurred on the old roof. I guess I should add that we live on a hillside and because the house is a ranch, you can see the entire roof from different parts of our property so the aesthetics was important and these guys definitely delivered - the 30 year architectural shingles and the flashing work around the chimney really are nice to look at. Usually when you get a roof done, its not like redoing a kitchen or bathroom where you get to "enjoy" the redone space, its more of a necessity than a luxury but in our case its a little of both. The color of the shingles is really nice too, it compliments the house and the property nicely - I was really surprised at the number of color options they could order. The roof install went smooth and easy, in fact, the entire operation did. You could tell that this is what these guys do every day just by the efficiency and precision of the whole job. I would definitely recommend Home Evolution and I have recommended them to a few people I know who were looking to have their roof done."

"I highly recommend Herman Inga of Center Construction. I had an emergency roof and chimney leak which he repaired in a timely manner. He did excellent work with attention to detail; he is prompt, courteous, reasonable and very thorough. Thank you Hernan! Arlene Santana"

"Jay was so nice and came over within a day (after normal business hours). He explained the problem with photos and gave me options. The work was completed in less than a week and after 5 years and 3 repairs by other contractors my home is dry. Today it is pouring rain. Amazing service. I would always recommend Airmark and wish they could do all my home improvements."

"Replaced my roof one year ago. They did a great job; very professional and a pleasure to work with. Now one year later, I can report that there have been no leaks and no other issues - they do good work."
