He brought a crew of 7 who worked 12 hour days for 2 days and then finished up and installed gutters on a 3rd day. They were very professional and thorough. I was very happy with the seamless rain gutter work done by PPF. They responded promptly to my request for an estimate and their price was consistent with the other three rain gutter contractors I called. They came when they said they would and the installation went smoothly. The PPF workers were friendly and were working the entire time they were on site. The results were great. The rain gutters have easily handled the heavy rain we?ve been having and have moved the rain water well away from the house.

Of particular note, PPF was the only contractor to come up with a solution for a problem that caused one contractor to pass on the job. Specifically, 80 year old crown molding at the edge of the roof line covered the fascia that the rain gutter would be attached to. As a result, there was no way to know how solid the fascia was beneath the crown molding or how complete it was. If the rain gutter was attached to the crown molding and it and the fascia beneath it were in poor shape, the rain gutter would not have adequate support. Given the age of the crown molding, I went with their plan and it was the right thing to do. After 80 years, most of the crown molding had deteriorated and the fascia beneath it did not completely cover the rafter ends. It was the right way to go. PPF attached 2X6's to the rafter ends with lag screws (ensuring the rain gutter had a solid surface to attach to) and then they custom fabricated sheets of painted aluminum on site to completely and precisely cover the fascia. The fascia looked fantastic. And it is now solid, completely sealed and maintenance free. While it was an additional charge, it is exactly what was needed. They did a first rate job all around.

"Called me back the same day as my request. Gave a quote the next day and it was not a very big job and and did the job the next day. From Thursday to Saturday and the job was done. The roof was 3 stories on an older home with a slate roof and a very steep pitch. They replaced a dozen or so tiles including a roof ridge cap and repaired a soffit piece. They did check all of the roof and the chimney and vent pipe for leaks. Told me my roof was in great shape. They also installed a 6x8 fence panel that was damaged in the last windstorm. They had the work done in a few hours and it is perfect. They were mindful of the extensive landscape and very careful. They were polite, courteous, and friendly. No trying to upsell more work. I also asked about doing more small jobs and they were quick to say they would be back in a few days. Hard to find good honest capable people who know how to properly do the job. I recommend them completely. Their price was very good."
