"The Fence Guys are great to work with. John was super helpful from the beginning and really helped us figure out what we needed for a fence. John was always very responsive and got the job done when he said he could do it. The fence came out great and really made the yard perfect for our needs. Thanks to John and his Team of hard workers, the fence was put up in a day, in less than ideal conditions. We did a combination of picket fence and welded wire. Some with wood-posts and some with metal. He worked with our landscape, and recaptured plenty of yard by not being afraid to push the boundaries of where the fence can go. The Fence Guys did all the work and never asked us to clean / remove any brush along the way. Taking extra time to make sure we had the best use of land and fence. "Carlos and his team worked quickly and efficiently to install 4 ft high lattice fencing around my vegetable garden. After it was installed I realized it was way too tall for my backyard ( my fault for niot realizing this in advance). They returned promptly and cut the fence down to 2 ft. ( at a reasonable cost). Now it is just perfect and I love it. The team was pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company!!"

"Fantastic experience with ABS. I’m embarrassed to say when they told me Colleen would be out to measure, I thought , a girl ??!! Total projection since I can’t even measure a rug. She really knows her stuff ! Had great ideas and was completely understanding of keeping my little terror dog from having any slack to start to dig. As you can see my land is hilly and they got this right to the ground. Perfect ! I was also concerned about keeping the view. Colleen explained a 4 foot fence would take care of this. She also encouraged me to sit on the deck with someone holding a measuring stick to be sure it wouldn’t impact the view. I love the way she thinks and communicates! Every-time I had a question she had the answer. She explained things in a way that wasn’t condescending or showed annoyance. I think I was annoying lol. I would’ve wanted to tell me to shut up. The guys who showed up worked nonstop. It was pouring rain and they didn’t care. I told them they could come on a better day but they kept plugging away. I am so impressed with this entire crew , including the excellent communication of the office staff ! Customer service is alive and well on the Cape. Just call ABS fence. You’re welcome !"

A key point on this project is that Ted came in with a bid for our project that was about half as much of another fence company (that we had used in the past). So the price was right and the finished product was nice. They even handled a couple of special conditions that we had to deal with. So overall everything was positive. Our only issue was a delay from the original schedule of the project due to the suppliers."

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. "I contacted Bennett Painting Plus on May 27, 2015 to get an estimate on having painting done at a home that I was buying on June 22nd.  Fay replied to my AngiesList message with a day and would have come to give me an estimate right away, but unfortunately I didn't have access to the property until after closing.  We arranged for the estimate on site to take place on June 24th.  Fay and Burt ran about 30 min late, but they did call in advance to let me know they were running late, which I appreciated.  They gave me an estimate on the spot for $850 plus the cost of paint, which they would purchase for me and pass along their discount.  I knew the colors I wanted and passed that information along to them.  Luckily I wanted Benjamin Moore paint and that's what they also prefer to use, but would have used a different brand if I preferred.
I was very impressed that when they came to view the rooms and looked at the bathrooms, they mentioned that it looked that the mirrors were glued (they should have been mounted, not glued) and suggested that they help take them down right then. It was a great help that they did that because we couldn't have removed them ourselves. Plus, Burt put a first coat of Spackle on the holes left behind from the glue before leaving. This helped save time when they came to paint.
Fay called me the next day after the estimate and confirmed that they could paint the rooms on June 30th, which worked for me.
Fay, Burt, and another lady arrived on the 30th and put a first coat of paint on all the walls. Burt worked tirelessly to repair the bathroom walls damaged by the glue from the mirrors.  He had to put on three coats of Spackle and sand it down. Ultimately, they had to split the work into 2 days (June 30th and July 1st) because of paint drying time and the extra work needed to repair the walls. I didn't mind that at all because the delay was due to their focus on getting the job done right, rather than rushing through it.
Everyone was friendly, efficient, neat, and conscious of keeping the home clean and in good shape. Even with the extra work done to repair the walls, they honored their initial estimated cost ($850 plus the cost of paint, which came to $1,120), which I appreciated.
I really recommend Bennett Painting. They were easy to work with, responsive in their communication, and did great work.

They assigned different contractors to do the construction work. One of the contractors said that the job was too big and that they could not do it, which was fine. I respect that. The secretary stated that she would try to find other contractors to do the job. The owner came and walked through the house and we spoke about what needed to be done in the house. I did not feel confident in his contractor because he seemed that he did not know what he was doing. I wanted him to do one specific thing. The owner wanted to take down the whole wall. I just wanted to reopen a small section. I started to feel like they were pushing me. For those reasons I felt uncomfortable and did not go with them. The quote was detailed.
