"Went to store front on saturday to look at sample railings. Staff was very helpful. Gave me some catalogues to take home and an appointment for Tuesday for an estimate. On Tuesday Jeff called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come an hour earlier. Came and showed us some examples and discussed how certain railings would look and what our steps could "handle". Made our selection and got an install date for 2 weeks later. At 9am on 11/12 Alex and his associate showed up and got to work. The two men were professional and meticulous about what they were doing. It seeemed as thought they were installing the railings on their own home. When they were done they cleaned the area so it looked like the railings were always there. The finished work is perfect and we are thrilled that we chose Fence Depot.

"Frankie and his crew were great! He came and gave us a fair estimate. He seemed knowledgable about the trees on our property and gave us options on what we should do to help prevent storm damage. On the day of the scheduled service it was initially raining but they came a bit later and did the job. I was really impressed at how quickly and efficiently they took down our tree piece by piece. They even set aside some of the wood from the tree they took down at our neighbor's request for firewood! They cleaned up well after themselves and would recommend and hire them again."
