Most recently, Kazi repaired a leak in our roof, corrected the pitch of the roof, replaced the drain and drain pipe, re-flashed all seams on our roof, and coated it with a silicone roof sealant. In addition, Kazi repaired the ceiling of the top floor apartment, installed a new roof hatch, resealed all the windows on the back of the house, repaired some crumbling pointing, and scraped and repainted our fire escape. In the past, he's repoured the cement floor in our boiler room, replaced the ceiling in the basement, and more. He does fantastic work, exceeding my expectations in all cases and, importantly, always completes the work in a timely manner.
