Just before doing the job we had a torrential rain storm and with the amount of water coming down my driveway we realized that a dry well was needed if this was going to be the new normal. Tony gave me a fair price on adding it to the job (I checked with a friend in construction). His team was great. I'm not worried about water off my house or coming off my neighbors property.
