Before we started our project we vetted a few paving companies. We wanted the works- new floor, gazebo removal, electric line, jacuzzi installation, etc. One of the paving companies we even interviewed recommended we go with Black Diamond. So we reached out to them and ended up going with them. From the start the service was great. Rocco went above and beyond to walk us through everything, make us feel comfortable with our decision and manage the project to our standards. Jose and his team were also phenomenal. They were super quick. The project ETA was about 3-4 weeks and they were done in less than 5 days. The biggest hold up was on our end- trying to get an electrician to run a line under the pavers. "We were looking to expand our house for years, with addition ADU. We had selected Geico Builders for their craftsmanship, selection of materials and the competitive pricing. Mila and Kevin worked with us to renovate our enclosed patio build a primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. It turned out amazing. We went through several revisions in the design, and they took care of the permits and paperwork with the city. My wife works from home, so they mindful in working around her availability. Overall, the project took about 14 months from when we found them due to permits taking a few months. it's hard living in a construction zone but the team went above and beyond to minimize the impact it had on our lives. They have a great team that is very attentive and responsive. Some of my parts are on back order and the team will be back to install the missing lights and shelves we bought as finishes.
