Inside he matched the existing paint color and painted the living/dining rooms, kitchen/family rooms, entry and long hallway walls and ceilings. He fixed dry rot outside and caulked cracks inside on walls and on the brick fireplace. It looked like a new house when he finished. He and his staff Manuel were always on time, kept me informed at every step and left things clean at the end of every day. "The job included prepping and painting my 1400 sq ft home and picket fence. It also included demo-ing the old window boxes that were structurally built into the walls, and custom-building new ones. In addition, a garden shed that had been built onto the back of my home was also demolished. Ivan was great to work with - very collaborative and responsive and has a good eye for esthetics. The work was exceptionally high quality. The team shows up early and works hard. It was also super-convenient that Ivan is licensed in carpentry as I didn't have to deal with custom window-boxes as a separate project.
