"4th generation family business. Very knowledgable. Will come back in a year to check things out."

"Mr Sherlock did a wonderful installation of lightning protection for our home and ground mounted solar panels at a reasonable price. His knowledge of solar panel lightning protection methods and consideration of our specific requirements made R S Lightning Protection the perfect contractor for this project. Highly recommend this business, prompt, courteous and professional."

"He was thorough and detailed. Inspected my whole unit and repaired everytnhing that needed to be. He corrected the mistaked that the other company made. Pleasant to be around. Called one day and he came the next and got it all done. Thanks"

"Mr. Jim Gorman who is the owner of the business called me back within a half hour of my email posting. He visited my home 3 days later, inspected things, and told me what the approximate cost would be. He and his helper then installed an entire lightning protection system on both my house and a back garage/storage area. He did things exactly as I wanted in every way. Also threw in a free weathervane which increased the beauty of my home. I would have no objection to recommending this gentleman and his company to anyone who is in need of a competently installed lightning protection system for their home/property. MID-AMERICA LIGHTNING RODS is one fine company run by a man who cares about doing good work according to the latest safety codes etc. Having lost my previous retirement home to lightning, it was very important to me to get this job done and quickly because the thunderstorm season is upon us and with the climate change, those storms are very wicked, especially here out in the country where i live!"

"our phone system is old, but they got the work done! Thanks Joe and the teams!"

I’m a reliable, detail-oriented contractor dedicated to delivering quality work that lasts. I take pride in doing the job right the first time, whether it’s a small repair or a full project. I believe in honest communication, fair pricing, and showing up when I say I will. My goal is simple: leave every customer satisfied and confident in the work done on their home.

"I had a transfer switch installed to run whole house with a portable generator when power goes off. They did a fantastic job including a demonstration for me when finished. Looks like I will have a chance to really test this weekend I would definitely hire these two again and recommend you do the same"

"The crew was so polite . The project looks great! No matter what I asked them to do they acomplished the task. My house was damaged by woodpeckers and they had to repair that damage before they could start. All suggestions by Anthony and Karen were wonderful. My house looks brand new!!! "You get what you pay for.""

"Matt does top notch work. He has been working for us for several years from installing outside lights, fans and fixtures to bathroom exhaust fans, recessed lighting, under the counter lights, new dryer install and new breaker box. Lunsford electric does great work, quick to reply and quick to arrive. Highly recommend!!!"

"We were prepared to replace the entire unit ( $10,000 or so) but they told us there was no need to repalce the heat pump, saving us a lot of money. Very professional from beginning to end."
