"The outside wires were ripped off the house during a winter storm and left the house with no electricity.  I called Carlos around 9 pm and he returned my call within 10 minutes.  He came out the next day first thing in the morning and spent several hours making all the re-connections and repairs.  He kept in touch (the house is occupied by renters) with me every step of the way and took care of the problem completely.  Since the house is not owner occupied I was not onsite - Carlos happily billed me and saved me the 45 minute drive to the property.  It's hard to get someone to respond at that late hour when you don't have an established history with them but Carlos came through and I will definitely use him again in the future.  Thanks again Carlos! <br />"
