"It was kind of a big mix-up and it was a lot of stress. I needed my house cleaned before Christmas, I was having company and I took advantage of the $125 for 10 hours of cleaning. They scheduled me for the first Monday of the week before Christmas, and then they didn't come. They said they got us mixed up with some other person. I'll have company coming in Christmas Eve so I asked if they could do something. They said they'll have to see and she called me back and said she could send 2 people over. This was really a lot for them. They didn't come Monday. They said they would make it better. The girls came over and they were cleaning, and they stopped cleaning at around 12. It was from 9-12. They stopped early. There was a lot of stuff I could have them do still to use up the whole time but they didn't. It was just kind of a weird thing. The price was good but I didn't get to use up all the time. They both had another hour to go. I actually got 2 hours less than I was supposed to. The price itself was okay. I just didn't get all of my services for the price. They did good work. When they didn't come on Monday, I didn't hear from anybody. I kept calling and calling and trying to find out what was going on. Basically, nobody got back to me until the next day after I was scheduled to have someone there so I just didn't know what happened. They came on time but they came on the wrong day. I would use them again, there were just a lot of strange circumstances."
