The irrigation system malfunctioned early in the summer resulting in large bare patches. The irrigation folks were obviously not informed as the lawn mowers kept mowing as the bare spots appeared and grew."

He was very responsive and finished the work fairly quickly. There were few tuning things that needed to be done afterwords and Kiril responded and took care of them without hesitation, many times on weekends. Recommend him to anyone."
