He provided a detailed itemized proposal within 24 hours. We actually had another estimate that came in a couple hundred dollars cheaper but that contractor did not provide and itemized estimate for the proposal even when I asked for it. I decided to go with Juan as I knew exactly the materials and paint he intended to use on the job. Juan Moreno did a beautiful job. Our scree patio was completed on time and on budget."

"I used Professional Finishes because I know they are a highly reputable company with quality work. Painter completed all jobs requested and made sure to clean up after himself. He was always on time and returned each call I placed to him. The quality of work is far above anything I've seen. Took a little over a week to paint all areas in my home and he left me enough paint to fix any patches or damages I could make while we occupy the house. Total number of colors chosen was three. All ceilings were painted white, some rooms were a neutral gray, and others a spa blue. I know that is typically what costs so much extra but for what I paid I am highly satisfied and would use Mike again for any other job in the future."
