"Family owned company with great work ethics and explained the job thoroughly. Gave 3 separate estimates depending on how we wanted the stairs and walkway to look. I continued to hire him to complete more masonry work after the first job was completed. He and his father were professional and wanted everything perfect upon completion. I have already recommended him to a co worker and have family who may use him in the near future. IF hired, you will not be disappointed."

"They were awesome .. showed up on time.. and got the job done before the set date. The quality of the job was incredible! Highly recommend."

"From start to finish, Hernan + crew did an outstanding job on a very big yard clean-up project. Our yard was completely overgrown. We needed to have all the weeds, leaves, and vines cleared. There was quite alot of brush to be removed, along with some small tree stumps. The crew started on-time, was always professional, cleaned up daily, and worked hard to complete the project within the promised timeline. Hernan responded quickly and was good with any necessary follow-up. The quote was very competitive (we got a number of bids for the work.) We highly recommend Eight Lanes and look forward to hiring them for future yard-related projects."

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. "This review is a bit late, but B and M did an excellent, thorough job at removing fall leaves from our yard."

"We have never had a better snow removal service. Can we give an A+ rating? Ivan is very professional and responsive, totally reliable and so thorough! And he really cares about his customers and listening to their concerns. Snow and ice removal is a safety issue at our house, so it is stressful in the winters. Ivan took away so much stress and we will hire him back for sure!"

"Victor and his team was knowledgeable and thorough and did a wonderful job removing weeds, pruning trees, and giving every corner of the property tlc."

"Marcos and his team helped breakdown a boulder that needed to be moved. It was too heavy to move without large equipment, so they split it and moved the pieces into a natural area. Very good price -- there was no way I could have moved it or split it on my own."

"The job went very well, started on time, finished as planned. Had multiple trees taken down. Some very large, crew was very careful to avoid damage to surrounding area structures and wires. Clean up was excellent, cleared area raked out and seeded. Would highly recommended to friends and family."
