"Mr. Cooper did an awesome job repairing my screen door. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I would use this company again and would recommend them to others."

"The door had been torn of its track. The door mechanics were replaced along with a new track."

"The gentleman showed up on time, and admitted that he had never worked with the dog door kit I had, to be installed in a sliding glass door. I admit that I was told, up front of their service charge for coming out. However, they were the only professionals that were willing to come out. As for the door the service man, he was the one that discovered the door was damaged, it has been returned. As for the dog door being installed, that has been ‘tabled’ now. Now, granted, I was informed ahead of time of all the expenses from the company, and I agreed to it. As to their work, I can not comment because they did not do any, their work may be excellent. The service man that came out was able to get me a deduction for any future work. As for me, this has been an expensive lesson, that has been learned."

"Our technician was on time and sealed our storm door to prevent water from leaking in. He also fixed the lock and the screen door on our sliding glass doors making them finally functional again and taught us how to grease the sliding door so it runs smoother. Excellent work and completed in a timely fashion."

"My experience has exceeded my expectations. After a prompt response to my bid for a project, Noel reviewed the needs and started the next morning. He provided great counsel, solutions and completed the project in one day. We also had a faulty front door handle that he fixed without us asking. I would highly recommend FAMB Construction and we look forward to working with them again. - D. Smith, Bowie,MD."

Courteous, thorough, and craftsmanship are only a few traits I can use to describe him. We are already planning more work for him!"

"Devon arrived promptly to give us a quote to repair a door and install a deadbolt. His estimate was reasonable and fair. When he came to perform the work, he had the knowledge, skill and care to make sure our door was properly balanced and secure. Would definitely recommend him and would hire him again. He’s very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. He’s honest and you get value for your money. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Initially not so well, garage door was installed but a lot of little things were overlooked. The job appeared to be rushed and I was concerned about the durability considering the install looked sketchy. I could go into details about the small things but they are not what is important.
I was not able to inspect the door until 2 weeks after install. After thoroughly going overall everything, I had a list of approximately 9 things that were unsatisfactory or just plain unacceptable.  I sent Amber Stoneberger an email with a list of my concerns and asked her to address them before I committed to writing a review here. Amber promptly responded and had Brian Stoneberger out to my house within two days. Brian arrived on time, and after explaining my issues, he apologized for the errors and never attempted to make any excuses. He immediately went to work to fix all the deficiencies.
This type of follow up and service is what I value in a company! They messed up, admitted the error, didn't make excuses, and promptly made the necessary changes and adjustments ensuring I was satisfied with the purchase.
