"District Floor Depot recently installed LVP floors in my condo in Vienna, VA and I was impressed with there thoroughness and transparency on work that was going to be completed. They gave me a very good price on the materials and did a quality job on the installation. Special shout out to Rene and Anna who answered endless questions from me in a very prompt and courteous manner."

"Excellent job on the flooring."

"Zavala was hired primarily for floor tile replacement; but job evolved into a bathroom refresh/renovation. Floor tiling was geometric and not an easy lay. From day one to completion of the project, Mr. Zavala demonstrated a “spirit of excellence” in performing every facet of the project with attention to details; integrity, which is a rare commodity in the contractor industry and a genuine desire to insure project met both mine and his high expectations. Appreciated meticulous daily clean up until project completion. Zavala Construction (Wulian) now rests at the top of the list for my TWO preferred “go to” contractors."

"It went well, and we would re-hire. They were able to schedule a team at relatively short notice, arrived promptly, worked quickly and we were very happy with the end result. Aaron was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The only hiccup we had was in choosing the stain color, as the tint we planned to use didn´t look the same on our wood as it had in photos of previous work they had done. This required a couple of trips back to the store by the foreman to buy alternative samples. I recommend visiting a hardwood flooring store or Home Depot to pick a tint, rather than relying on just reviewing their Instagram feed."

"D&H Demolition quickly demoed the carpet from my living, dining , and steps to the second floor. Replaced with re- claimed hardwood flooring which resulted in a significant cost savings for me. Replaced the flooring and steps with a satin finish that so beautiful that I keep getting comments. Work was timely completed and professionally done. I would definitely use their services again. "Two level deck needed minor surface rot repair, power washing, and staining. Flores Enterprises LLC quoted and completed the work in the same business week. Attention to detail on staining is excellent. Provided photos of repairs and completed work and kept me informed on any issues which arose. Would definitely hire again."

"We had new flooring installed in the basement of our home and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was smooth and professional. The team helped us choose the perfect flooring that matched both our style and budget. The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail. They made sure everything was properly aligned and finished beautifully. The new floor looks incredible and have completely refreshed the look of our home. If you’re considering new flooring, I highly recommend this company for their quality, professionalism, and excellent customer service."

"Eli and his crew did a wonderful job! Our hardwood floors look terrific. Isabella in the office did a great job helping us set up the installation and was always responsive when I had a question or schedule change. The vendor from whom we purchased the flooring delayed the delivery several times, and this company was consistently patient and supportive. I would hire them again for any flooring work we would have. Thank you, Isabella and Eli!"
