"Charles and an assistant washed the gambrel style roof on our house and a shed roof.  The roof is about 12 years old and the house faces north.  Black algae had started rapidly growing over the last couple of years and was unsightly.  I washed the shed roof during the summer using a roof cleaner from Lowes.  Although a lot of lichen and moss washed off there was still some left.  After Charles cleaned them both roofs look band new.  Jim, who gave the estimate and Charles, the owner, are knowledgeable and friendly.  The only minor point was that Charles arrived about 90 minutes late.  However, shortly after the scheduled appointment time I was called and told he was running late and given the new appointment time. <br /> <br /> <br />"
