"Overall, Tom was personable, professional, and he got the job done fairly easily. I trusted his judgment in what kind of mounting hardware to use into the wall -- which was probably the one issue I had with how things went. Mr Handyman only provides their labor; the customer needs to provide ALL materials, which initially was challenging because the guy that I spoke to on the phone said that I had to wait until their guy arrived to even know what parts to get! He said the handyman would tell me what to get, and I'd need to go to the store -- while the guy is at my house -- and get the mounting hardware! (As a side note ... who would leave their house with someone they don't know inside it?). But then when I protested on the phone, he suggested I go to Home Depot and ask them, and get what they suggested (which made me wonder ... I'm hiring them for THEIR knowledge, right??). So my solution, which was the least painful in my mind, was to go to the hardware store and buy multiple different mounting options, and have them available for their guy to choose from (after which, I'll take the ones he didn't use back to the store). The only other point was the price, which, to explain ... Mr Handyman is a bit on the high side, because they charge for a full hour in addition to their service fee, even though Tom was only actually working at my house for about 30-40mins."

"I have been around the block and have had my fair share of dealings with construction companies... I know that writing this review, still wouldn’t give out enough credit and praise to this FABULOUS company! The owner Mark and his assistant Cody, first came to our home and went through all the windows that should be replaced... I knew they were an honest company and wasn’t out to take advantage of us in the least bit... After they assessed the windows that needed replacing, I asked about some of the others to see if we should replace... The answer we were given was; why would you want to waste your money, these other windows and sliding door are in great shape!… Wow!, was that ever refreshing to hear. In addition to that, we had asked if they would be interested in doing more exterior work for us; replacing some of the old wood around the house. They figured out what was rotting and replaced it with painted new wood. This company came out, and while working, they might notice something small that needed to be sealed up or fixed even... They didn’t have to do the little extras, but guess what... They did and did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!… We will NEVER, hire another company to come out and do our windows or projects. I am a long lifer with this company from here on out -Couldn’t be happier. The job went fast, the guys, Tom, Alex, Jimmy, and Cody were there on time, considerate beyond belief . They made certain that the property was clean after every single day and made sure we were happy with every single thing that was going in and on for all those days. When the projects were finished, they came back out and rehung our blinds back up. I must also mention that Tom, can custom build and trim out around posts and windows like I’ve never seen... But, he did have his helpers to assist, and for that, I am sure that that’s why and how he can do such great work. Jimmy, Alex, and Cody, BIG THANK YOU to all of you guys to.
