The repairman came to the door with his mask under his nose. He refused to use hand sanitizer and when I asked him to wash his hands before touching my oven, he washed them like a child. When I called the company to give them feedback, I was rebuffed by the manager who asked if I wore a mask, and proceeded to support this guy and said, "We don't know if you're safe either. We're taking as big a chance as you are." And then he said it's really hard to wear a mask over your nose if you wear glasses. My daughter does and my husband does. Not a response I want to hear. Won't use them again. NG at all."

He wasn't satisfied with how the railings looked when he first did them so he came back and did them again. They look great. The faucet that he replaced was leaking for a while and the new faucet is a great addition to the kitchen. Great work on both jobs."

"It went wonderful. Larry cleaned and sealed my granite counter top and caulk on 2/21/22. For some reason the sealant did not go as well as I had hoped. Contacted Larry 2/22/22 and sent pictures, he responded right away and came back. He stripped the sealant off and rebuffed my counter tops. They look like glass. It appears black counter tops are very dense and don't always take to the sealant - no excuses from Larry, he just worked to please. He fixed a scratch as well. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family."
