"This was my first experience with having a cleaning crew and or company come to my personal home to clean. The whole experience was extremely stressless and handled professionally by Rosy! I appreciate all of the communication before and after each time a cleaning job was completed. Rosy and her staff did an amazing job cleaning my house it was so great to come home to a fresh cleaned house. Customers say: Quick response

"I had neglected normal cleaning at my residence while tending to my 100 year old Grandmother. I hired Dell's Professional Cleaning to help. Delmi and a co-worker arrived on time, as scheduled and did a superb "top to bottom" entire home cleaning. I was very impressed with the bathroom and floor cleaning in particular. They did such a great job as well as gave me advice on some cleaning products and methods that they use. I am seriously considering using them on a regular basis, as they were such a great team and did so well."

"I called Restopros On a Sunday about a washing machine that Released water into a Finished space with carpet. They were there within a few hours, sucking the water up and setting up their equipment to ensure it dries Without having to worry about mold issues. They also Replace the compromise drywall and put it back together seamlessly. Issues like this are not responding too quickly, it can get a lot worse from my health perspective and cost wise. I appreciate the responsiveness, professionalism, and reasonable price!"

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Southington, CT

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
